- JJJb4 days ago5.0Excellent vets with caring staff. My old cat needed assistance and we were able to be seen the same day. Everything was explained to us about the treatment needed. Hopefully my cat will get better. Thanks to everyone at the practice, you're all super stars ⭐
- RERyan EdzAug 20, 20261.0Avoid this place at all costs. All they care about is money. I brought my cat in to be neautered/micro chipped he was a lovely happy boy but ever since he’s been to this vets practice he’s became unwell, doesn’t let anyone touch him but me now. Eating and drinking fine. He’s had upset stomach now for over 6 days now. He’s basically on deaths door now 😞 I wish I looked at the reviews on here first as it’s full of bad reviews. If you love your pets do not bring them here

- RMRoma MillsAug 11, 20261.0If I could leave less than one star i would, the way my very poorly cat was treated was absolutely disgusting, the vet's thought more of selling cremations and paw prints than my cat that was there to be put to sleep. Myself and the vets were arguing over the care that my cat was given, and I told them to give me my money back, and I would of taken her somewhere more humanly. They did not want to return my money so eventually due to my poorly cat I let them put her to sleep, absolutely heartbroken 😢. £180, I was believed that that was also for her cremation. NO IT WASN'T. I got a call 3 days later from a crematorium in Runcorn, saying they had my cat, and I had to pay for her cremation. Avoid this vet like the plague. The rip people of, especially in the saddest of times.
