  Awful experience – I would never recommend this place. I took my very poorly kitten in because I was worried about her and wanted her examined. Once we were there, I felt completely cornered and pressured. We were told that we effectively had only two options, and they would not allow us to simply take our kitten back home. I ended up being charged just under £200, which I was told was the “cheaper” option. At an already heartbreaking and distressing time, the last thing anyone needs is to feel pressured into paying a large bill because they believe they have no other choice. What upsets me most is that we would have preferred to take our kitten home, keep her comfortable and be with her during her final moments. Instead, I came away feeling that this choice had been taken out of our hands. I understand that vets have a duty towards animal welfare, but owners should still be treated with compassion, dignity and clear communication — especially when they are distressed and dealing with a dying pet. I did not feel that we were. I left feeling pressured, upset and disgusted by the whole experience. I would never recommend this practice, and I sincerely hope no other pet owner finds themselves in the position we were put in.

  Excellent vets with caring staff. My old cat needed assistance and we were able to be seen the same day. Everything was explained to us about the treatment needed. Hopefully my cat will get better. Thanks to everyone at the practice, you're all super stars ⭐

  Avoid this place at all costs. All they care about is money. I brought my cat in to be neautered/micro chipped he was a lovely happy boy but ever since he’s been to this vets practice he’s became unwell, doesn’t let anyone touch him but me now. Eating and drinking fine. He’s had upset stomach now for over 6 days now. He’s basically on deaths door now 😞 I wish I looked at the reviews on here first as it’s full of bad reviews. If you love your pets do not bring them here

  My was neutered two weeks ago by this vet and today she’s passed away at the age of 1 😞 what does this vet practise do to animals. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this vets doing the same.

  If I could leave less than one star i would, the way my very poorly cat was treated was absolutely disgusting, the vet's thought more of selling cremations and paw prints than my cat that was there to be put to sleep. Myself and the vets were arguing over the care that my cat was given, and I told them to give me my money back, and I would of taken her somewhere more humanly. They did not want to return my money so eventually due to my poorly cat I let them put her to sleep, absolutely heartbroken 😢. £180, I was believed that that was also for her cremation. NO IT WASN'T. I got a call 3 days later from a crematorium in Runcorn, saying they had my cat, and I had to pay for her cremation. Avoid this vet like the plague. The rip people of, especially in the saddest of times.
