My experience with this branch was amazing. Gordon helped us out with our queries about kitten food recommendations for our Ragdolls. He also helped out with their flea problem and gave us many good ideas for what to do. He mentioned he had his own Ragdolls, so it's nice to have staff with their own personal experience to help us out. He also managed to save us around £30 teaching us about Pets At Home's pet club membership, so very grateful to have them assist us and will very likely be returning here as our go-to pet shop.
