Appalling service always have to wait ages whilst staff stood around chatting and one person in the till and one person dealing with the fish tanks. Makes me sick this company is nationwide and they provide this waste of space service. Bring back the independent pet shops put these lot to shameo

Very poor customer service. Staff does not know what are they doing. Very poor communication for the stuff In between.
Made me to visit three time to buy the fish and every time had an excuse fish not ready for sale. Laziest staff in the town.
