- FNFrancesca NevesApr 28, 20261.0Have been twice. Thought the first time was just a fluke for being so bad, but would definitely not recommend. Expensive, my Golden Retriever’s nails haven’t all been cut, only some (??) and she doesn’t smell clean. Apart from a bum shave, not sure what we paid for. Same staff member did both grooms. First time she didn’t get to doing the nails at all. She wasn’t very friendly about our dog, even when she was a puppy. She complained this time that our dog doesn’t like getting her nails cut - quite common for many pups. Shame as I love Pets at Home and Vets for Pets in Reading, but the Groom Room there lets the brand down. Would not recommend.
- TMTan MiaoyuJan 6, 20251.0The staff are neither welcoming nor professional. Back in August last year, I took my dog here for grooming, and she ended up with a deep cut. Since it was the weekend, we had to take her to the emergency vet, which cost us over £500. To this day, we haven’t received any reimbursement or compensation. Despite sending multiple complaint emails, we have not received any response or resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.
- SMSonia MessaoudiJun 23, 20231.0Had my puppy booked in for wash and dry their were 5 other dogs, they could here how stressed my dog was and stressing the other dogs with it but still didn't book him in. So I had to leave, they are quick enough to to ring before the appointment to take £15 deposit. But thinking of the health and welfare of a dog they are not !!!

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
