- AFAndi FrostApr 28, 20261.0The staff in this store, specifically in the groom room, do not appear to care about the welfare of pets or human customers, are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They cancel a longstanding appointment without even contacting you and make no effort to make amends. This is not the first time we have experienced this at this store but will be the last as we will take our business elsewhere. This may of course be what they want, because they are overbooked and are apparently losing staff quicker than they can replace them, leading to cancelled appointments. My only recommendation for this place is to not use the groom room at all, and if you need to buy supplies, to get in and out with as little interaction with staff as possible.
