Lovely place it is expensive and the thing is they do treatment i think they should tell u a price before treatment because not everyone has that amount of money they had asked me for I'm lucky I had it but if it was someone less fortunate they would have been put in a difficult position and would of been embarrassing to have to explain in front of other people

This vets is above and beyond what you could ever hope for. Carl is beyond caring. His personal care, the extra mile he takes and the care and consideration he gives to dogs and owners is second to none. The extra mile, he goes is more like an extra millennium and from the moment we first met him, to the moment he put my special boy to sleep, I felt the utmost trust, respect and admiration for his knowledge, care and effort. He had a lot of medical challenges, and Carl never stopped trying to find an answer! There are not enough words for how grateful I am for the care he gave. He went above and beyond and I could never thank him enough š

While the pet care was satisfactory I am scoring then 1 star as their service was significantly more expensive than they estimated.
TWICE THEY INVALIDATED OUR PET INSURANCE BY PUTTING DOWN THE WRONG DATES. Initially they claimed the issue arose in my dog 4 months before we even had it. When confronted with evidence highlighting their mistake, they claimed the issue appeared on day one of owning the dog rather than 2 months later which was when we noticed and told them it happened. They refused to update their records and left me significantly out of pocket for a routine, lie risk operation when I had paid for insurance.
Deeply upsetting, and I highly recommend recording all interactive with their vets to prevent them recording the wrong information.
