Having lost my pet the only priority she had was payment when I went to collect the ashes. Having been a long standing client there I would not choose to take any of pets there again after her appalling attitude

I have to say a big Thank you to Otto, the surgeon on duty on Wednesday and Thursday who looked after my cat Jasper. Sadly I had to let him go and Otto was so kind and helped my Jasper to have a peaceful, dignified end. I was allowed plenty of time to say my goodbyes and didn’t feel rushed. Also a big thank you to the receptionist on duty at the time, sorry didn’t get her name .
- AFAgnieszka ForbesFeb 11, 20261.0Awful place. I took my cat with an ear infection and paid £280, which was not even out of hours service. The vet performed "extra consultations" without notifying me that they were chargeable (another £90). I was also charged £70 for ear drops which cost £20 on the Pet Drugs Online. The following day I took my other cat to a different clinic and paid £140 for the same service! I was given a prescription for a drug and was able to order it myself at a much cheaper cost. Rest assured I won't leave it at that and will make a formal complaint to Veterinary Client Mediation Service (VCMS) who overlooks misconduct. I would advise anyone else to do the same to the money ripping organisations who pray on people's and animals' vulnerability. Shame on you!!!!
