- JIJo IllsleyNov 23, 20245.0Visited yesterday (22/11/24) with my pug cross and Yorkie for full grooms. A lady called Dani did an amazing job on my yorkie and it's the best cut he's ever had round his face especially. I am so happy with it and he looks so cute. I turned up early so stood so Woody couldn't see me as she was finishing off. The care and attention to detail was brilliant as was the kindbess she gave to Woody. I am so happy. Ellie who cut my pug cross also called Ellie did a great job as well. I since found out as visited today with my parents dogs that Dani has only just qualified so in my opnion she has a very good career as a groomer ahead of her. Thank you very much Dani and Ellie

Going elsewhere so my appointment is upheld when you book ! Totally unprofessional, doesn’t do them any favours for their reputation . My advice avoid this lot !

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
