He guided me through an amazing customer journey, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a sincere passion for animal wellbeing. Perhaps the best endorsement, however, comes from my French Bulldog, who absolutely loves him! It’s clear Cameron has a natural way with animals. It is rare to find someone who combines professional excellence with such genuine warmth. Highly recommended!"

This accusation was clearly used as an excuse to deny service. I was delayed only because of traffic, yet they refused to vaccinate my dog, showed no professionalism, and offered no help at all. On top of that, they forced me to rebook and pay an additional £30. It is obvious they lie to customers and only care about money, not animal welfare or honesty. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.
