Upon my wife collecting our labradoodle we were charged an additional £50. £65 is extortionate for a groom especially when he wasn’t provided with a bandana as advertised or the scent. I’m very disappointed with the finish too uneven cut looks rushed and uncared. Won’t be taking my dog back there. No response to phone calls to challenge the poor service.
