  Really disappointed with the customer service. I took my puppy here for her first two grooms and I had her booked in for her third. Unfortunately, the day before her appointment she became ill and I made the decision to rearrange the appointment on the day as I didn’t want to risk her spreading anything and potentially infecting other dogs. I couldn’t give more notice as she became unwell on a Sunday when they are closed. I was told that I would have to pay an extra £15 deposit even though I didn’t want to cancel, just move the appointment. The lady I spoke to didn’t seem very considerate about this and was very blasé when I said I wouldn’t be coming back. I can completely understand losing the deposit if I wasn’t going to come back but it seems extremely unfair as I couldn’t predict that my puppy would be unwell. I would not recommend, there are other places that are far cheaper as well, they wanted to charge me £63 to groom a 6 month old puppy! Do your research and find somewhere else, save your money!
