The vets are lovely nothing to complain on. The only feedback I wish to give is how awful it is to receive bad news and you have to walk through the shop to leave the vets and having people stare at you as you leave. They haven't thought through the layout of the building out at all! god forbid you have to put your pet down and your heartbroken self has to walk through the shop in tears to get to your car. If only the vets was next to the shop rather than at the back of the shop it is this scenario which has left me to decide to take my babies somewhere this wouldnt happen
