I don’t think I have ever had worse customer service in my life. Came in to buy fish at 5:50pm and seen the lights were off, went around the corner and found 3 female staff talking and asked them could they turn the lights on so I could buy some. They claimed they were too understaffed to serve fish, meanwhile they’re all sitting talking. Moral of the story, go to a local pet shop who actually care about the business as opposed to people who really don’t care about Customer service.

I bought a small animal from here a while ago and they told me completely incorrect information on how to care for it, just to sell products I assume. The animals were also kept in enclosures far too small and seemed very distressed. The person who served me was dismissive and rude. I wouldn’t recommend, any products you need can be found cheaper and at a better quality online.

Over here for Xmas hols to see family and this is the worst pets at home I've been to. Staff are not at all nice or helpful. So, on my first visit I asked if I can use the toilet as I'm disabled and really needed it. Got told to go somewhere else.
And next time I went in as I wanted my service dog to be groomed, as I know the price and two girls back home do it all the time for him. Same place mind. She wanted to charge 30 quid more. I walked away. Terrible little place will not be visiting there again. And if I could give less than one star I would.
