Amazing service yesterday (and every time I go in) but the the girl with long red hair was so accommodating helping me with a crate and recommending the right one, even getting it to the til for me ! Amazing customer service. Got a bath and brush for the dog and the ladies in there were amazing as usual. Great team!

So here's what went wrong. I wanted to buy plants at boucher rd store.They were priced at £6.50 each or a deal of £15 if 3 were purchased so I bought 3 and was charged £15. When I got home and opened the plants one of them literally fell apart in my hands. I returned it next day and was issued a refund of £4.50 to my credit card. (15 divided by 3= 5) in my book but wasn't really a big deal so I said nothing. The sales assistant gave me an understanding that I could go and pick another plant and they would sort it out at the cash register. Now I have to say I saw this coming and I already figured that the sales assistant was a little incompetent but you guessed it too, when i got to the pay point I was told I would be charged £6.50 for the plant. So I was refunded £4.50 and about to be charged £6.50 for replacement plant. He fiddled at the cash register for a while but then said "sorry, there's nothing wee can do, its £6.50 for plant". I suggest that he should have perhaps refunded me £15 for the 3 plants and then charge me again for the 3 plants at the £15 deal but that just caused a look of confusion to slowly drift across his face and then a refusal to even consider that. I left without buying the plant and made do with the £4.50 refund. Very disappointing visit to the store.

We bought two guinea pigs today, along with a cage, accessories and toys. The salesperson was very nice and helpful, gave us lots of good tips and said he’d call in a few days to see how the guinea pigs are doing :)
And finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the price of everything 😁
