I had reserved a snake and i had called multiple times asking if it had eaten so i could pick it up that week and the week it finally ate i go in to pick it up and someone else had reserved it after being told on phone that i had it booked extra 3 weeks cause it wasnt eating. And Today me and my partner were denied the snake after we had been waiting for and had everything ready for that they require.

However, today at approx 10.30am on 01/06/2026, the chap at the checkout had no manners and was fairly abrupt. Not nice at all. Will visit the Bridge of Don store from now on.
