  Dr. Hilliard and his staff are the best i have ever seen. Super nice very thorough with your fur baby they treated mine as they would their's. They petted her gave her treats. Dr. Hilliard talked to us and he gave us opinion on her treatment. We did end up having to have her euthanized they made it as easy as they could, they let us make the decision on how long we spent with her before it was time. I would recommend them for all of your fur babies. Thank yall for being there for us.

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Knox Hilliard for my special Orange cat Timmy for nearly a year, and since the day I found Timmy. Their practice is made up of the kindest staff, and they are incredibly quick to accommodate. Every time we come in, our Timmy is treated like a rockstar. Dr.Knox himself is very knowledgeable, straightforward, kind, and dedicated to his practice. He’s the first vet I’ve dealt with who takes the time to make communication and follow ups a priority during your pets care- and even more importantly considers every little possible diagnoses and cross checks everything. Timmy has had big issues, and very minor issues- but no matter the situation I am always welcomed in and he is always taken the best care of. They also do not charge unfairly, or unjustly.

  I was very pleased with my dog’s first visit to this clinic. I was unable to make it, so my mom took her for me, and Dr. Hilliard was kind enough to let me listen in during his exam and answer all my questions over the phone. I am thankful for his kindness with my sweet dog, Nugget, and for his expertise and knowledge that helped put my mind at ease. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful I found this practice. It was only my first visit, but we will definitely be making this our primary vet. I plan to tell everyone I know how wonderful they are! Thank you to everyone here for their kindness! It means the world when you are dealing with a stressful situation.

  They were so great! I could not suggest a better bet. My baby passed and they sent me a card that everyone signed in the office a paw and nose print and then a paw print with her name attached unsure what it is called. He was unable to save her as she was old in pretty rough shape. She was my perfect girl her name was princess. She was just ready to go. He took off 200 dollars of my bill as he was not able to save her. They were so kind. I should of taken her here sooner. Rest in peace princess and thank you Houston veterinary clinic my next baby will come here when I decide I am ready. Thank you again.

  If it wasn’t for this place my Great Dane wouldn’t be here today! They were the only one that made a spot for my baby when nowhere else would take her! She was barley holding onto life when we called about 25 vets and they all rejected her but then we called here and boom they told use to just bring her on in they will take care of her! I got regular updates all threw out the night with her cause unfortunately in her condition she did have to spend a few night away from home and they made us apart of her healing journey with texts and phone calls every hour or so! This place will be the only place I will ever go to ever for my animals! They treat every pet like family here and that definitely makes me happy! They don’t look at you like money walking through the door they look at you like family and treat your pet babies as their own! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
