- KKkaylaNov 9, 20255.0My sweet Greyson came in Saturday morning with labored breathing and I found out not even 20 minutes later he had congestive heart failure. The back staff was extremely compassionate, understanding and kind, and gentle with my sweet boy, and the vet was very straightforward and gentle as well as honest when telling me the devastating news about my sweet boy. While they administered the euthanasia, they were so kind to my kitty, and they kept apologizing to me for my loss. One of the ladies even told me they’d give me my Greyson’s paw print, which I will get tattooed sometime soon. (I didn’t ask prior, she offered. Very kind woman). I’m very thankful for the staff here. They care so much about all the animals who come in. I’m glad that my sweet boy had a calm and gentle environment when he passed, giving privacy before and after the euthanasia, and comfort.

Primarily see Dr. Knox who helped us care for two senior dogs dealing with cancer, and other serious illnesses. He and the techs treated both with such care that is extended to our current dogs. Front office team are great and easy to work with while understanding with emergencies
