  Villa Rica Animal Hospital has taken care of my fur babies for years. They were right with me when I had to make tough decisions and celebrated with me when I adopted my newest dog. My Otis is super scared and shy and they are always so patient with my boy. Thank you to everyone from the front desk, techs and doctors!!!

  I cannot say enough about the entire facility. After being with the same Vet for many yrs, he retired & I had the daunting challenge of finding an animal hospital that I could trust and that would care for my dogs bc they have that passion. After 2 Vets they came with very high recommendations and it's very clear why...From Robyn & Meaghan (I'm sure I'm missing others that I don't know names yet) to Noelle & the other warm and professional techs and Dr. Molly, I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. I have 4 dogs with 4 different personalities, they were kind and loving to each one of them!! I can go on forever. I was a vet tech for 22 yrs and I'm now a nurse. I am very particular about any medical facility. The intial presentation and greeting is not only genuine and sincere, but it carries right through to the exam room and on! On a side note, they were one of the most reasonable animal hospitals I came across. That was simply a bonus!! Ty to the entire staff! You're stuck with us for many years to come!!   I am disappointed in their lack of communication and consideration for customers’ time. I needed a refill prescription for my cat’s food. The office refused to fax to Chewy like many other offices do and required me to pick up the prescription. I was told I would receive a text when ready for pick up, but did not. I called again to ask if the script was ready and confirmed if it couldn’t be faxed to Chewy. I was told it was ready and it needed to be picked up. So I went to pick up the prescription only to be told that there are no refills and my cat needs to be scheduled for an exam. I am not upset at the part of my cat needing to be seen. However, I am upset at the fact that it couldn’t be communicated to me the two times I called regarding the script. I would have scheduled an exam and picked up the prescription at the same time to save myself time.

  Excellent service provided by Nurse Lindsey for my kitty Noel! Thank you again Dr. Madden for fitting us in last minute and Lindsey for taking the time to explain discharge instructions clearly. He’s feeling spunky this Halloween morning with his little shirt! 🥰💚

  My dog had been coming here for a few years. They charge a bit more but I had a good experience. Well my dog her neck swelled up and there's a mass. Little do they know I work with animals and have gone through this before. And she is my fathers dog, the love of his life! They claim to be full service but they didn't biopsy the lump. Instead they charged him the most they could they did X-rays and everything they know that's not going to show if there is a tumor there or not. It was getting hard for her to drink or eat they didn't give her any prednisone or antibiotics in case it was an infection to help with swelling. They tried to send him to Marietta to a vet they are connected too so they could get money. As somebody that dedicates their life to animals I am very disappointed in their protocol. This is not what we're here for. Where is supposed to help and save where we can not get the person to spend all their money on stuff they know isn't going to help. If you want real vets that actually cared don't come here.
