I had been bringing my dog here for years, but during his final months, our experience was incredibly disappointing. The newer doctors, in particular, came across as inconsiderate and lacking empathy. One doctor—a light-skinned male whose name I unfortunately don’t recall—actually seemed to place blame on me for my elderly dog’s condition, which was both upsetting and unprofessional. The overall atmosphere has changed as well. It now feels much more focused on money than on genuine care for the animals. While I was waiting, clearly emotional about my dog’s condition, the staff showed little compassion and instead appeared more interested in chatting among themselves. Thankfully, I sought care elsewhere and went to Lifeline, where the staff treated both me and my pet with kindness, respect, and understanding. They were willing to work with me to provide the care my dog needed, which made a very difficult time a little more manageable.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I am beyond disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion at this emergency veterinary office. I brought my 21 year old chihuahua let me say that again 21 YEARS OLD, in with severe trauma to both ears—an obvious emergency—and instead of receiving care, I was met with rudeness and complete indifference at the front desk by MOLLY. After being referred there by another veterinary office, I expected at the very least some urgency or basic empathy. Instead, I was told, very bluntly, that there was a doctor who had been working for 36 hours and they “couldn’t see” my dog and they didn’t know when the next doctor would be in. While I can understand staff being overworked, that is absolutely not an excuse to turn away an animal in clear distress without offering any solutions or alternatives especially when you are suppose to be an EMERGENCY 24 HR VET. What made the situation even worse was the Molly’s attitude. When I explained the urgency and that we were sent there, she responded, “well you should have called first” in an incredibly disrespectful and dismissive tone. At no point was I shown any concern, guidance, or professionalism, just cold, rude behavior. This is supposed to be an emergency facility. If you cannot handle emergencies, or if your staff is too burnt out to treat pets and their owners with basic decency, then changes need to be made immediately. Pet owners come to places like this during stressful, emotional situations, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects compassion, professionalism, or actual emergency care for their animals. I did speak with the office manager and she told me that she would be “ handle this with Molly “ don’t know what that means but I will never be back to this office and I hope that no one else or their pets has to experience the same horrible situation I had to endure last night.

If you in a crisis and looking for a place that is trustworthy for your pet, this is the place! This is your sign. I’m so grateful that I found them on google. My experience with the front desk was the best I’ve experienced in a long time, anywhere in GA besides my job lol. The technician was very compassionate and empathetic. The doctor was the cherry on top. She not only listened to my concern but also provided valuable feedback and a treatment plan to get my puppy out of pain. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Brianna Brown and staff were amazing! I truly believe Dr. Brown saved my cat’s life. She was extremely thorough and patient and so personable. I appreciate the care and concern they had for my sick cat and would highly recommend!

Its a little after 9am and I just called and "Jade" already seems like she doesn't want to be at work, answer phones or deal with people. Don't just tell a caller to hold, but also thank them for holding. Be courteous and polite. And use words such as "please and thank you". Good phone etiquette and customer service goes a lvery long way. Business owners and mangers need to realize that poor representation can make or break your business.
