- KBKat Burnette6 days ago5.0I recently had to bring my 8 year old boxer in for sudden onset of multiple seizures. The staff were the most compassionate people I have ever come across. On my second visit I was greated with a hug and by my name. I ended up losing my baby. I know he was taken care of in his final hours and I know they did everything they could to save him. The aftercare was amazing. I can not speak highly enough about every single person I interacted with that works here. Seriously. You guys are amazing.

They took the time to explain his treatment and made sure he was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.

I drove an hour and a half here at 9pm on Valentine’s day because the one in Columbus and Auburn were at capacity. They had us seen within 5 minutes of being there. Everyone up front was so kind, the techs were amazing. My puppy was hospitalized for two days, and every time we called for an update they were just so nice. The doctors as well did an amazing job in getting my baby better. I would recommend this place for anyone for your animals! Such a great team.
- MBmartin bookFeb 4, 20261.0DO NOT TAKE your pet here for any emergency I took my dog in for a dog bite and she walked in they gave her medicine she was dead 1 hour later I paid 300 dollars for a visit then when I returned with a deceased dog they then said I would have to pay an additional fee for a cremation after I expressed my emotions of having lost a pet at the hands of this facility they then offered a refund for this toxic dose of medicine
