- JLJanniece Leonard3 days ago5.0Today, I bought my precious Bear there for help because of his constant vomitting and diarrhea. I didn't know what the issue was. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and very empathetic to what my needs were. They saw me fast and took care of my Bear. Justin worked with me initially and helped me navigate the services that would be necessary. Turns out my Bear ate something that could rupture his intestines. Dr. Adell address the issue quickly, operated on him and took out the obstruction. I'm looking forward to him being whole and healthy soon. Special thanks to Justin for helping me with my 34lb bundle to the car.

I have had to visit several times recently with my newly adopted adult cat, and the staff have been very friendly, efficient, and helpful each time. Dr. Adil and his assistants have kindly answered all of my questions (I've had a lot of questions), and during my last visit, Dr. Adil was honest with me about not needing a $65 test, which I appreciated. Another vet or assistant has been very helpful as well, but I don't remember her name. I also like that it is located within PetSmart, and I have been able to get the affordable products I've needed right after the visit.

I see people saying how gentle the assistant is but that wasn’t my experience at all. I did everything but run out this place. Here we are 3 weeks later and my cat is still tearing up his stomach. So he is wearing this E-Collar for 3 weeks with no change in his wounds. I am totally in tears because I don’t have funds for another vet. Thanks a lot

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
