  You all were the best during this difficult time for me. Although my Scooter appeared ok...when he looked at me I felt he knew and said goodbye to me with loving hand kisses...my rescue actually rescued me.....I miss him so much...Banfield thank you for being there for me.

  Worst experience today ever,i made an appointment a week ago for some shots for my cat for today, they got him at 11 am and had him sitting in a cage for 5 and a half hours where he urinated on his self, even with having an appointment. this in unexceptable and we will never ever come back here

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Banfield Pet Hospital Lavista Rd. I dropped both of my dogs off for routine vaccinations and was informed that, due to a new system, drop-offs were required. That was not an issue—I was understanding and flexible. However, the experience that followed was unacceptable. When I picked my dogs up at the end of the day, the entire process was disorganized and lacked professionalism. More concerning, one of my dogs had a very strong odor that smelled like decay, as if they had been sitting in feces or an unclean environment for an extended period of time. This is extremely alarming and raises serious concerns about the level of care, cleanliness, and supervision provided throughout the day. As a pet owner, I trust veterinary providers to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. No animal should be returned in that condition after a routine visit. I have already contacted corporate and will be following up further regarding this matter. I expect accountability, an explanation of what occurred, and reassurance that proper care standards are being upheld. At this time, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

  I brought my cat in for a urinary obstruction and needed to bring him back and forth for 4 days for IV fluids and monitoring due to him requiring a foley. Dr. Adil was awesome. He was always available if there were any questions and always gave us an update at the end of the day. After the foley was removed he called me the following day to check in on how my cat was doing. You can tell he’s very busy but it’s obvious he remains compassionate and caring. The front desk / vet tech staff were all friendly and helpful too.
