- KPkaren pratherJan 8, 20265.0I’ve been taking my fur babies here for a long time and service has always been great, but over the holidays I’ve had to take 2 separate pups for emergency visits for a total of 3 separate visits, all for different types of emergencies. All visits were extremely traumatic for myself and my pups. They handled each visit with so much compassion. Explaining everything in detail and being very patient with my questions and me grasping the situations. I was offered options for treatment and never felt pressured to choose a certain option. Thankfully 1 pup has fully recovered and the other is on the mend. Love everything about this place.
