This establishment has it "all together!" Everything moves like clockwork, and yet the staff and vets take time to explain things you want to know and to listen to your concerns and to answer any questions you may have. This clinic is highly experienced and has been around for decades. I can even remember Dr. NeSmith visiting my grandfather's farm to treat his cows (that's been 6 decades or more ago!). Statesboro Bulloch Regional Vet is " my kinda people"!

We were not an established patient, we were a walk-in, and we have an Orange Tabby cat(unpredictable).
The morning we came in, we had an extremely long night of being sick, the next morning he did not seem better so we went in. From the moment we stepped in, everyone was so precious. While we waited a nurse with long wavy mermaid hair(I wish I caught her name) came out to become his best friend throughout his stay. We were seen. Xrays, medicine, and sent home.
At home we had 3 seizures and a reaction to the meds. At this point we came right back and the immediately brought him back. He stayed over night and we were updated by the staff and Dr.Ben many times for more info and updates on our little Jennings.
New antibiotics and a very caring staff later and here we are, doing so much better, still not 100% but one thing is for sure, this will be our knew Vet home for both of my Orange kitties♡
