Very disappointed. I was met with rude, judgmental comments about my dog’s hair at drop-off and his diet at pick-up. When I got him back, he was shaved extremely short with cuts on his back and dried blood. Completely unacceptable experience.

Alex is a magnificent employee. I'm looking to make a plant terrarium and she was a great help, along with everyone there. Warm and welcoming is the best way to describe the service Alex provided. I'LL BE BACK 🤖🤖🤖( 90s slang 😂🤣🦜). I got the prices for all the equipment and more with the app to Petco. I'm now a customer here and glad I walked in.
