My beautiful cat was taken in for a biopsy and they returned him to me with blood all over his body: dry and wet blood especially in his mouth and chest. I expected some blood but not like this. He was sedated for the procedure, so they could have cleaned him up right after they were done. When I went to pick him up they checked me out, but they took care of other 3 people that came after me. They didn't bring him to me until after. All they wanted was my money. They just plainly don't care! When asked why my cat had blood all over the rude lady said he is aggressive. He may have been uncomfortable, but he is the sweetest cat, and he was unconscious for his painful procedure, therefore NO excuse to give a sweet animal (who is in pain) back in such a deplorable condition. I asked to speak with the doctor, but no, she was not "available" to me, but she was for the next customer. I was told that she had already talked to me over the phone. Furthermore, NO pain medication was given to him during the procedure or to take home. They said the shot of steroids "should be enough." Horrible, unconscious, inhumane treatment at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Snellville GA.
I hope that life treats these people as they treat the pets that they supposedly take care of. Unfortunately in this country, there are no vets that truly care for the animals, they are all about the $$ and paying back their college tuition. No truly dedication and love. I have not met one vet that deserves my respect and admiration for their profession. Karma back to all of them!

I honestly have no real issue with Bainfield. My last visit with my fur baby went as expected since my dog has high anxiety when it comes to vet visits.
I called Saturday( 10/18/25) to see if a prescription from our July visit could be refilled due to a reoccurring issue coming back for my dog. I was told the doctor was currently in surgery and she would callback. I didn't receive a callback. I follow up today (10/20/25) to find out that the doctor would not be back until Wednesday. My issue here is now my dog has to wait more days to see if they will refill it and then if not they will have to see him when nothing has changed from the previous visit that concluded he needed the medicine. The last visit I spent over $600. I understand if it has been 6 months or more but it has only been 3 months. And whoever I spoke with today lacked professionalism and empathy. She was also sarcastic while disconnecting the call. And advised me that I would have to come in to get more information about their packages. I believe my business with Bainfield is coming to an end due to lack of empathy and money hungriness.

Front desk staff is amazing, friendly and understandable. Had to bring our dog in for anal gland issues. When we returned to pick her up, we were told they couldn't do anything except provide meds for her. Spoke with Dr. Very knowledgeable and informative. But our disappointment was the fact the anal gland area was not cleaned up in any manner. So did they actually look at it? Because without cleaning it up, it was hard to tell what the issue was. Is it normal to not clean up the patient before they leave?
