  Worst experience of a vet in entire time of being a pet owner. First receptionist took sweet time coming back. Guess she had a bad convo on phone since she came back with a horrible attitude. She then lied about us having appt even though I was able to pull it up on my phone. After which she was magically able to locate the appt. I was then informed after transporting my dying cat that they don’t take sick pets at the end of the day. This is the absolute worst vet office I’ve ever experienced. Will not be returning and will be informing all family friends and social media to stay as far away as possible if they value their pets. Update my cat is now on the way to recovery thanks to you amazing people at dunwoody vet!!! Check them out. Save your time money and honestly your pets life by skipping this place.

  We had to put our dog down on February 26th. When it came time to pick up her ashes on March 3rd, we were given an urn with the wrong name on it. Not their fault. Cool. But was IS their fault is the fact that they received the corrected urn on March 4th. It is now March 9th!!! I was not given a call, text, or email to let me know my baby was ready to be picked back up! 5 DAYS with NO contact!! I had to call the crematorium just to find out they had dropped my baby off last week! This is gross behavior! Not to mention, some nurse, their named Jordan I believe, was INSANELY RUDE when it came to putting our dog down! Almost like she was trying to rush my baby’s death! This location is TERRIBLE!!! Every time I called, I was put on hold for no less than 15 minutes!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! They don’t care and are highly insensitive!!!!
