- SWStephan Walters1 day ago1.0Terrible experience this morning while on my way to the groomers for a Bath & Haircut for my dog. I'll admit i was running 11 minutes late, though that was due to freezing weather (27 degrees) and me needing additional time to clear my windshield and mirrors from ice. My appointment was 9:00am and at 9:10 i received a call from a grooming associate. I explained to her that i was 4 minutes away and why i was late. I was met with a sigh and an "OK". Im not expecting top tier customer service, but i wasnt expecting that. Once i got into the parking lot. I called, because at that point i was unsure if i wanted to leave my Goldendoodle there for 4 hours. After calling back and expressing my concerns. I was met with a "That was me you were speaking to, and i didn't have an attitude, but OK". From there i just said, thank you and have a good day and hung up. I will continue to got Petco for food, but if someone can't have patience with me for 11minutes, im not sure how anyone would trust her to be patient with a Goldendoodle for 4 hours. Again overall bad experience. Im sure the store is nice and the other employees are great, but from a service/grooming standpoint i plan to explore alternatives.
