Don’t be mislead by the high ratings. This is not the same clinic that is the subject of all those glowing reviews. The original vets (Doctors DeHaven and Tison) sold the clinic to a large, national corporation (i.e., private equity) several years ago. The new company and its employees seem more concerned about corporate policies, rigid treatment regimens, and generating profits than providing meaningful, well-reasoned care to their patients. Not even long-standing patients can expect the same personal and professional care they once relied upon. Particularly detestable is their so-called “director of medicine,” Dr. Fisher, whose inability to analyze challenging treatment issues divorced from rigid corporate policies was eclipsed only by her propensity to regurgitate corporate policies even in the face of contradictory information in the patient’s file. Not very confidence inspiring. But for the lab coat, Dr. Fisher might be better suited working as a corporate drone manning a customer service call center for a cellphone company. I’ve never met someone more hell-bent on eschewing good sense and reasoned analysis to bow down at the alter of the corporate lock-step. Personally, I’d rather my pet see a vet who has a respected and seasoned career full of the wisdom that comes from making tough calls outside the box than someone who is merely clocking in and out of a job each day. I’m confident there are plenty of vets out there who care more about you and your pet than rigid corporate policies and the bottom line. Seek them out and avoid this place at all costs!

I just want to thank the staff for looking over my buddy. Made sure that he was well taken care of gave me extra options as far as what to expect. I needed extra care. They gave me an amazing referral. What time will spent money will spend? And my baby boy's home gotta say went to a lot of vets. This veteran facility, it's top tier. He has a new primary care provider!!!! #Lincoln

This place is amazing! The man at the front desk was funny and welcoming, provided snacks while we waited (<5min) for me and my kitty. Dr. Callaway and the tech/assisstant were both so kind and amazing and really made me feel at ease. 100% coming back again!
