**this location has moved, it is no longer in the petsmart, its across the street next to walgreens** Dr. McDonald is an angel!! Spent so much time explaining everything, walking me through treatment options and she was sooo good with my pitty. Will be using this banfeild from now on

Horrendous Dr.Greggs was awful to me when my Zeus was dying. Not only was he unprofessional and very rude and uncaring and very cold and had awful bedside manner and was very condescending. He also referred my dog to the wrong area of expertise at blue Pearl blue Pearl had to call me and said that he referred Zeus to the wrong department. I do not feel safe bringing any of my animals here if he is still working here. The lack of professionalism, bedside manner, and any form of kindness is just Nauseating. when the card was passed around at Banfield for the sorry for your loss card that you normally get for a dog that has passed he Did not sign it. I’m so glad I do not pay any money to them in this location ever again

Unfortunately their negligence has caused my friend’s dog to die today. Blood work from almost a month ago didn’t get reviewed by the vet until we were actually with the dog dead in front of us IN THEIR ROOM for 4 hours. Calls for an emergency appointment were neglected for 3 days ( too busy, no referrals to another clinic). Their “ball drop” caused a life. I was never a big fan of these BIG CHAIN facilities anyway, all they care about is selling you wellness plans so you’re locked in forever, and they see you as a NUMBER; as long as they are collecting their monthly fees, they could care less about your visit and TRUE wellness. My recommendation, look for a PRIVATE Veterinarian, get an emergency insurance plan like Trupanion for any emergencies or major situations and just save your bucks monthly to pay for your yearly/bi-yearly visits.

I like this location out of all the Atlanta area banfields and the front desk staff are always so friendly and nice and generally a good experience but lower rating because multiple times today at the beginning of my appointment I said I don’t want a comprehensive exam just vaccines for my pet - I was on a short timeline today and I didn’t want my dog to be stressed and upset from a full exam because he’s not a big fan of it and I had a lot of questions that I wanted to discuss during the actual comprehensive exam and didn’t have them ready today. Then I get in the room and sit there for 30 minutes before anyone even comes in the room and again I say just here for my dogs vaccine not a comprehensive and they take my dog back saying it’ll be quick and just do the vaccines then another long wait and the vet comes in and says he did the whole comprehensive and tests and what not. This is very frustrating as a quick appointment turned into an hour and I was already rushed at that time and didn’t have my questions prepared that I feel like its a waste of having a comprehensive exam that’s paid for in the plan when now it was just a bunch of tests and nothing more. This isn’t the first time either that they’ve done this for my appointments. Have had a number of good experiences with this location which is why I like going here but the number of bad ones now are catching up.

Great place never rushes you to pick up and nice friendly staff ! It’s always a bit more than expected $ but not their fault when things become due . HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TO GET THE PLAN !
