Daisy was a new puppy patient. I’m 65 and have had pets my entire life. This vet experience was hands down THE BEST I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly and welcoming. The vet and vet tech were very informative and took time with us. They treated Daisy gently and with great care. Answered all our questions. They are setting the standard that all vets should follow! Thank you!!

Be very careful and make sure to read over all paper work before signing up for the wellness plan. Was made aware it was cancel anytime and was hit with the entire years bill in order to be able to cancel which was not disclosed up front. Will not be receiving business from me anymore

There is definitely a big drop in the friendliness of the front desk. I can tell a big difference and the atmosphere has changed, and it’s not the same place that I fell in love with a few years ago when I got my first dog and took her frequently until she passed. Now I will have to find a new vet for my boy Memphis because I need to feel like he is in a good place because if the front desk has changed, I worry about what is happening in the back now.

I had a very good experience with East Coweta Veterinary Hospital.
From the moment I walked into the clinic , the staff in the front office made me feel welcome.
I have 2 small Chihuahuas … Willow 12 and Reese 5. Being a new client , our visit yesterday was basically a Meet and Greet .
Dr. Ray, took time to go over their records and answered any questions/concerns I had.
It Feels great to have found a Vet near our house, who also offers emergency and urgent care during regular clinic hours.
Megan, ( a veterinary technician) was also great at assisting me with my 2 dogs.
Don’t hesitate asking for help if you need assistance getting your pet in and out of your car and into the clinic.
Thank you for everything!

Rocky our 17 year old Tabby Cat had an appointment at 11:30 today, we have been there a couple of times to have him looked at.
Arrived a few minutes early, and waited for 50 minutes on benches that were absolutely excruciating. Stacey has back pain as well as a terrible side of the nerve that is still not been taken care of. There was a lady there before us, and of course they took her first, we continue to wait. They came out to get someone else and took their cat back to the back and no one was communicating with us.
To have owned a business, cared for our clients of as well as we did, I was literally appalled at the person running the front counter.
To have no conversation with us about what was going on, being looked over for so long. Thank God it wasn’t a serious Life or death situation. We were therefore. We left.
