  Went in to for an appt for my cat and was treated poorly. Shala benson or the vet tech was very condescending and rude. Definitely would suggest taking them anywhere else :)

  Vetco and employees were not only pet friendly but took pride in helping our pets 😄🐕 which are two cats Maxx and Beethoven acknowledged by name they were safe got treated for the exact symptoms went home healthier and are doing good because the employees are precise, patient, and pet-friendly.

  vet was nice. However their prices are high. I paid over $100 for some ear wash and ear meds. I feel it would have been easier to give me a full costs upfront instead of continuing to add them little by little but in their defense they did warn me about all the expenses they were adding before proceeding. I wasn’t thrilled that my dog was taken in the back to do all his exams, I probably could have asked them not to do this, just didn’t think of it at the time.

  Mardi and Tux are in great care with Dr. Benson, Natasha and Katherine. We went for a grooming visit at Petco, also wonderful with Sarina. Their extra care with Mardi and Tux is so helpful to keep them going🐾☀️

  My experience at Vetco new clinic in Savannah was very disappointing. From the start, I encountered rude service from Cole, who had a xenophobic and dismissive attitude because he had to repeat some things since English isn't my first language! In addition, they prepare complete estimates before a veterinarian sees the pet. They ask you to sign these estimates without a prior evaluation and then want to take the dog to another room, out of the owner's sight, to perform procedures. This creates a lot of mistrust, since you can't see what they're actually doing. Today, on a second visit to check on my dog's progress, the situation was even worse: Cole initially asked me a few questions, and gave me an estimate (again, without a prior evaluation), and they again tried to impose tests without explanation. Cole again became stressed or tried to correct my pronunciation, and he just hyperventilated! I can only say that the doctor and a person named Katherine were really kind to my dog ​​the first time, but I have nothing positive to say about the others! Unfortunately, they were distant and unwilling to interact with her in a loving manner. In short, the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and the distant attitude of most of the staff make me not recommend this clinic at all. I appreciated the doctor's kindness, but the overall experience was very negative.
