Can't cancel my care plan without paying out the total. The Doctor (Montgomery) onsite didn't listen to what was going on with my dog and just talked over me. Got a large bill for treatment not even done yet and I have to pay out my plan. Was told pet insurance was a scam by the techs on site too. Should've went with my gut. Fix your stuff Banfield.

My cat was taken in for routine vaccines. She went into Anaphylaxic shock soon after. She immediately started vomiting, lost control of her bowels and bladder and Banfield paid to have her sent to an emergency vet. $2k later my kitty was sent home after a day and a half. The best way I can describe how shes acting, is similar to a person having a stroke. Dr Montgomery was the vet on-site that day. She called me this afternoon to let me know she will not pay for any other services. She stated that I need to bring her in again for evaluation, but on my dime. I have a half dead animal because of this place. How much more can we take. This is not right. My cat is an Exotic Shorthair Persian. Not a cheap pet. And Banfield has completely crushed us. She just sits around a stares as if shes lost

We took our cat Lucy into the VET. For routine shots. Not sure what they gave her but shortly after my wife got her and went shopping and we are happy she did because Lucy went into shock and should have been transferred right then but the staff left my wife and Lucy sitting in a room for a while until my wife had to ask repeatedly for help. Once they took her to the back and started with epinephrine and over shots to counter act the reaction. After all this they told us to take her to the VET emergency room and they treated her and kept her over night. The bill was around $2000 witch was sent to Banfield for payment. The ER sent her home with meds but then say don't stress her, Giving a cat meds is not just stressful as hell on me but more on her. Now she's home and she's not even close to the same cat we had before. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.
