They go above and beyond- even meeting me at my car to get Pepper while I’m on my way to work. Thank you, Georgia! I’ve tried many different dog daycares around Atlanta and Fido Fido is my favorite. It is a welcoming and intimate environment for dogs. You can tell they give the dogs in their care attention and you don’t have to worry about your dog getting overlooked. Does my pup need to wear a collar or harness?
Your dog must have a collar or harness if they'll be participating in nature walks or any activities that take place outside of our fido fido Dog Daycare & Boarding property.
Does my pup need a leash?
For everyone's safety, all dogs must be on a leash, placed in a carrier, or carried in your arms when entering or exiting our facility.
Can I bring food from home?
We actually prefer that you bring your dog's regular food from home. Please make sure it's properly labeled and sealed in a bag for each meal. Rawhide and animal bones aren't permitted. Familiar food helps maintain your dog's eating routine and prevents potential digestive problems.
What if I forget my pup's food or it runs out?
We offer a lamb-based protein food with added pumpkin puree and a Gentle Digest tablet for $8 per serving. This combination helps your pup adjust to new food in a new environment with minimal digestive issues.
Can I bring my pup's bed?
We provide complimentary blankets and standard beds for all our guests. If you prefer to bring a bed from home, please note there's a daily laundry service charge of $3 per item each day.
Can you administer medications?
We can administer pills and topical medications, but we're unable to give insulin injections. Please provide all medications in their original containers, not mixed with food. There is an $8.00 daily fee for this service.
Can I bring toys?
We request that toys from home stay at home. If you're concerned about your dog becoming bored or anxious, our front desk team can discuss our available activities. Rest assured, we ensure all dogs remain engaged and entertained throughout their stay.
Is a deposit required, and if so, what happens to it if I cancel my appointment?
A 25% deposit is required when booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled stay will receive a full refund to the original payment card. For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged to your card on file, and the remaining deposit will be credited to your account for future use.
Is there a daycare fee during boarding?
Daycare is included in your boarding package. However, if you pick up your pet after our designated check-out time (11:00 AM Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday), a $45 daycare charge applies for that day. Existing daycare passes can be applied toward this fee.
My dog(s) has high anxiety and is not friendly with other dogs. Are you able to accommodate their special needs?
Absolutely! We offer various customized packages for dogs with special requirements. Whether your pup experiences anxiety, is a senior, or simply prefers to be alone, our team has the expertise and facilities to provide them with a comfortable home away from home experience.
