The nurse was thorough and spent a good amount of time to understand the problem before bringing in the Dr. when Dr Carson arrived she was well aware of the situation, asked a few additional questions and then proceeded to evaluate my dog. Dr & nurse both had great bedside manner and handled my pet with care. I needed assurance grabbing the recommended food and was helped with that process as well. Excellent customer service experience. Much appreciated and highly recommended!!
