Puppyhaven is very clearly the best of its class, and has continued to exceed my expectations. From the amazing grooming by Brooke, to boarding and daycare, I always have felt like my babies are in safe hands. I now have a new puppy and they have been absolutely fantastic in welcoming him with open arms. He is the most happy boy every time we pull up and he cannot wait to play!

It’s very clean, secured, and big spaces for the dogs to play in. She gets so excited when we pull into the Puppy Haven-Chastain parking lot—it’s immediately clear she knows where she is and can’t wait to go in. The moment we walk through the door for a Puppy Playdate, the staff makes her feel welcome. Everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to see her. We’ve also boarded Dixie a few times at Puppy Haven, and each experience has been great. Most recently, we originally planned to board her while we were out of town, but decided to do the 15-day training program instead—and we’re glad we did. We came back delighted that she’d learned new skills while we were away, and more importantly, she was happy, confident, and clearly well cared for. Going back to the 2-hour playdates. Dixie has tons of energy, and she comes home happy and tired (the best kind of tired!). We’re really grateful for such consistently positive experiences—playdates, boarding, and training. Highly recommend Puppy Haven-Chastain for anyone looking for a safe, fun, and caring place for their pup.

To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Are reservations required for boarding?
In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for overnight boarding.
Can I tour the facility?

I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Puppy Haven can accommodate pets with many kinds of special needs, though we aren’t able to take diabetic pets. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.
