Turns out their playroom was too small. At Fido Fido my pups get excited when they see they building. They bound out of the car and great all of the staff with wags and kisses. And when I pick them up they’re exhausted and happy. Fido Fido goes above and beyond to make sure your pet gets exercise and they change the wings up too. That way your furry baby doesn’t get bored. The facility is first rate, the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive, and my pups love it.

Each time we've picked them up they're happy to see us and also seemed to be well taken care of. When we take them back again and they get inside and see where we are they get really excited. It's hard to know if your dog enjoys something when you're not with them but seeing them excited when we go back lets me know this place was good for them. The thing that I really love is that they'll bathe them before they go home. They're our go-to if we go out of town.

Does my pup need to wear a collar or harness?
A collar or harness is required for your dog if they wish to participate in nature walks or other activities that take place off the fido fido Dog Daycare & Boarding property.
Does my pup need a leash?
For safety reasons, we require all dogs to be on a leash, in a carrier, or carried in your arms when entering or leaving our facility.
Can I bring food from home?
We encourage you to bring your dog's food from home. Please ensure it's labeled and in a sealed bag for each feeding. We don't allow rawhide or animal bones. Bringing familiar food can help your dog maintain their eating habits and reduce potential digestive issues.
What if I forget my pup's food or it runs out?
At $8 a serving, we provide a lamb-based protein food with a tablespoon of pumpkin puree and a Gentle Digest tablet added. This helps ensure an easy digestive experience for your pup when introducing a new food and environment.
Can I bring my pup's bed?
We provide complimentary blankets and standard beds, so we recommend using these. If you choose to bring a bed from home, there's a daily laundry service fee of $3 per item per day.
Can you administer medications?
We can administer pills and topical medicines, but not insulin injections. Please bring prescribed medications in their original containers, not mixed with food. There's an $8.00 daily fee for medication administration.
Can I bring toys?
We kindly ask that you don't bring toys from home. If you're concerned about your dog becoming bored or anxious, please discuss available activities with our front desk team. We ensure all dogs stay engaged and entertained during their stay.
Is a deposit required, and if so, what happens to it if I cancel my appointment?
A 25% deposit is collected the day your appointment is made. If your appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before your stay, your deposit can be refunded to the card that was used. If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours of your appointment, there is a $25 cancellation fee that is charged to the card we keep on file, and your deposit is credited back to your account to be used for a later stay.
Is there a daycare fee during boarding?
Daycare is included in your boarding stay. However, on the day of pick up, if you pick up past our deemed check-out time, then you do incur a daycare charge for the day of $45. Daycare pass days can be applied to this charge. Pick up times are before 11:00 AM Monday-Friday, and before 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
My dog(s) has high anxiety and is not friendly with other dogs. Are you able to accommodate their special needs?
Yes! We offer a variety of packages to customize your pup's stay! Whether they're anxious, senior, or solo dog needs, we have the tools to give your pup the home away from home they're looking for.
