    This location is absolutely horrible if you’re looking to be in and out, and/or are looking for clear communication on what to expect. I set an appointment for both of my dogs to have a drop-off service, which is usually for me at my normal location (PetSmart Banfield in Roswell). I arrived at this location at least 5 minutes early, and the visit started off poorly. This location had me fill out paperwork (which the website didn’t indicate there was a need for or else I would have saved time and done that beforehand), then had me wait in the appointment room (not the lobby) with my two dogs for the physician to go over their treatment plans and what they would be doing for them that day. In all, I had to spend an additional 20 minutes than I expected and normally experience, which was not convenient for me. About 2.5hrs later, I called the location to check the status of my dogs’ appointment, as I was advised their appointments would run about 30 minutes each. Upon calling, I was asked by the representative if I agreed to treatment for one of my dogs, which had been previously agreed that morning when the vet was going over the course of action for the day. The representative on the phone told me they needed to verify that before moving forward, and stated they were “going” to call me, but was happy that I called them instead. Like what’s actually happening here?! I politely informed the representative that I had already given my permission to the vet that morning, to which she replied, “Great! So when would you like to pick them up?” This statement, in my opinion, indicates that my dogs’ service was complete, however they were dragging their feet in letting me know I could come pick them up. All in all, my perception of this establishment is that there is no real sense of urgency here and that there is no real respect for the type of appointment set. I picked the drop-off appointment because I was short on time that morning and could not sit with them during the appointment, but also expected a communicative and fairly fast service per the expectations that they set for me. I hope that if I have to visit this location again, that there is a value added for those who select services that indicate the desire for a swift service.
