Bernie’s breath is pretty horrendous. I don’t think I should have been charged for the extra service. Also at the hospital side I asked for her to be checked from her head to tail because of the environment she was in before I got her. I didn’t get the results of any of that and they could not answer the simplest of questions that I had including the one about if she was possibly pregnant or not which should’ve been easy if they actually did an exam. I believe she just got her rabies shot and that was it. And I’ve called and left a message. No call back.
