- ATapril ThorntonApr 26, 20261.0They had been sending me emails to schedule an appointment for a dental exam for my dog. I made the appointment, and when I showed up, they acted as if they had no idea about it. They even sent me a confirmation email. Then they asked me if my dog had eaten before the appointment. I said yes, and they said that she wasn't supposed to eat before the exam. They did not put that in the e-mail that they sent me. So I didn't get it done. I think that they are so unprofessional. Every visit that I had with them takes so long just to sign in. The same goes for when you check out. It should be simple to sign in and out. I will definitely be finding a new place to take my dog.

Calling me the morning of the appointment to say to please come at 5:00 instead my scheduled time just then see me at 5:30. Huge waist of my time when my animal is already stressed out as it is. It’s entirely unprofessional and wrong to put the animal you all claim to want to take care of into that situation. I don’t appreciate it.

They continued to call me after he passed to set up visits and they continued to charge me every month for his monthly insurance. I have tried to reach someone and they did not answer the home. I have been on the phone for literally 20 min !

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
