When I asked the lady, I think she was the manager ,questions about my fish tank .... She made very rude condescending remarks to me.... She even told me she questions my judgment.... I have recently spent about six hundred dollars there... I left and went to southern aquatics in Roswell... They're very kind , helpful employees even stayed open late to wait for me.... I question the judgment of the people hiring managers there.... And What is wrong with this woman? Why is she so rude to paying customers? I don't have a degree in fish care. That's why I was asking her questions... Very disappointed with her .... I will never ask that woman another question again

Disappointed — turned away despite scheduled appointment I’m really disappointed with my experience at Petco grooming. We scheduled an appointment for a simple nail trim and, when booking, we specifically mentioned that our dog had been at the veterinarian earlier that same day. The appointment was still accepted. When we arrived on time, we were turned away and told they don’t take dogs who have recently visited the vet. If that policy exists, it should be communicated clearly at the time of booking—especially when the customer directly discloses it. I understand businesses may have safety policies, but this felt like poor communication and a waste of our time. I’d recommend others be cautious about making appointments if you want to avoid unexpected last-minute cancellations and the disappointment of showing up for a scheduled service and being refused.

What a waste of time. Brought my 2 kitties in for their vaccine appt. Got told they have to be in separate carriers, that I could buy one from the store or keep one cat in the car while the other one gets vaccinated. No way im buying a brand new carrier just for a 2 minute use, nor am I going to leave my baby unattended in the car. This is ridiculous. Going elsewhere.
