The staff is so caring and warm. Dr Washington explained the treatment plan to us and answered all our questions. They performed the necessary procedures and treated Cash with love and compassion. He was able to go home within a few hours, feeling so much better. Thank you so much Heart of Georgia!

While the outcome was heartbreaking, the compassion we experienced from the staff made all the difference. Rachel and Kayla were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with both us and our dog. They gave us the time and space we needed and moved us into a calm, comfortable room to say goodbye. The thoughtful details, including a small jar of chocolate kisses “for the journey to heaven,” meant more than we can express. We may not have gotten the result we hoped for, but we felt cared for every step of the way. We will absolutely continue bringing our other pets here.
