Would be zero stars if I could. Booked an appointment with the vet online for Monday for late afternoon and they called me saying that they are unable to accommodate the time slot and they were not sure how I was able to schedule that time on the website. Cool, so we reschedule for Wednesday afternoon, I choose the latest slot available because I made it clear to the receptionist that I have class early that morning. They called me at 10am and I wasn’t able to get back with them until 12:30 and the receptionist told me that the doctor is requesting that I drop my kitten at 1pm mind you my appointment is for 4pm. Completely unprovoked, I didn’t request an earlier time and they didn’t even give a reason as to why they wanted an earlier time. I knew I wouldn’t make it for 1, common sense should’ve told them that I couldn’t make it for 1, but I thought I would be given some grace being that my appointment is changing by 3 whole hours. When I get there the receptionist says “Didn’t you confirm for 1pm?” no chick you or the doctor confirmed my appointment for 1pm, who reschedules a slot with a 20 minute notice. Then I’m turned away and told to reschedule after you inconvenienced me to come 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time. I can’t speak for the quality of their work or how good their doctor is but after that initial impression I’m good, won’t be back.

My pet Lucy received excellent care and treatment by the Vet and the medications prescribed by the Vet are working and she's on the road to recovery and feeling a lot better thanks to the service that she received at Banfield Pet Hospital.

I have been coming to this location with both of my dogs for years but unfortunately, my experience today was not a pleasant one. I took them in early this morning for a dental cleaning and was already nervous about them being put under anesthesia. I politely declined the additional add ons the tech tried to get me to purchase outside of their wellness plan but I feel like that caused an attitude and for me to be rushed out when picking up my dogs. I could barely grab their leashes before he started opening the door and I had to ask to please just give me a second. There are 2 of them, 1 of me and an entire waiting area of people. I understand there are many pieces moving in and out but it would be nice to not be rushed away at an establishment you have been supportive of for years.

DO NOT take your pets here you will instantly regret it. The staff and the company itself are all liars and are just taking your money. My fur baby was on a wellness plan with them for years and several care services under his plan were neglected to be fulfilled. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Stop going here and end your insurance with them before it’s too late! the agony of watching your furbaby limp to hug you and struggle to pee or eat is something I hope you’ll never have to go through. My 5 year old was perfectly fine before her annual visit, I promise you this. No accountability from this office at all. The tech that brought her out claimed she “walked her out” and was acting fine but it’s on camera, she handed her to me so we didn’t see her injury until we got home. The nail trimmer with the attitude said she was “ easy and didn’t fight,” when we all know most of our pets will retract their paws. Claiming they didn’t know about her previous leg I injury, when they took the $400+ xray there 4 years ago ! I wouldn’t know why but the vet stated, “ mistakes can happen… sometimes pets can fall off the exam table but everyone is supervised under his nose.” That left no confidence for an owner who is already questioning if something happened. I’ve seen first hand how the staff aren’t gentle and overwhelmed by their busy schedule. My baby was traumatized and shaking uncontrollably when we had to bring her back the next day to get checked… which was not a drop off. 12:30 apt and had to call at 5! To see if she was ready..with no updates Just horrible. Invest in your local Vet please
