- KOKarin OJul 7, 20201.0Had an appointment for grooming and before we could even walk in we felt the negative energy from the groomer who was outside smoking a cigarette. My poor Maltese who hasn’t been able to get groomed due to being in quarantine, has hair a bit longer than usual but this lady claimed she was so matted that she couldn’t groom my dog. (Not true) She kept referring to Petsmarts’ new policy (Uuhm ok but this is petco and we’re regulars here) and she was so extreme she mentioned that if we didn’t take her to the vet she could suffer cardiac arrest while being groomed. I didn’t argue with her or try to persuade her to groom my dog because if I would’ve she definitely wouldn’t have been safe in her hands.
