  I love this cat only clinic - it’s staffed by a very talented, experienced and caring cat care team. I’ve been a client of for 20+ years. The primary vet has retired but I really respect and like her replacement. I highly recommend this small independent clinic, especially if your cats have special needs or are older. The vets and techs are very calm and gentle which is very important to felines! I saw one very negative recent review and wanted to give a different viewpoint: There is one talented person on staff with additional credentials in feline behavior that comes across differently than the others; I’ve learned to filter out her tone and listen to the specialized knowledge and information being shared. There are cheaper clinics but this is the only one I trust 100% with my cats.

  Doctors & staff were extremely caring & knowledgeable with our cat's concerns. It's especially helpful that they only care for felines. Highly recommended for all cat families! 😸

  Ever since my first visit, yes I went back, I received very negative energy from these people. It was a complete assumption that I had no idea what I was doing with my cats. The reprimand behavior was really surprising to me. I walked away thinking, maybe they're just really super serious about their work, I quickly learned after additional visits that the front desk staff had incredibly rude demeanor as well. My boyfriend came with me on the second visit and I had repeated behavior and he said what is up with this place, it's very strange in here why are they talking to us like that? We love animals we want to take care of them the best we can and that is why we are here. It seems like they think very highly of themselves and they are the only ones who how to take care of cats. I want to revisit another vet that I should never have left, Dr Jessica Jenkins at Village Vets on the West Side, I want to get her perspective. I made an appointment there. An auto ship order I have through PWC was canceled. When I called to ask why the order was canceled I was told because I'm going to Village Vets. I had to think about that for a second. I asked Cissy or Cindy, not sure, can I not go to two veterinarians? She hesitated, then said yes you can. Then why was my account deactivated? The rest doesn't really matter, what really matters is that they think it's okay to deactivate you because you have an interest in another veterinarian's opinion. This just supports their position of being high and mighty. Other veterinarians know what they're doing just FYI, PWC. I do not recommend this veterinarian.
