I would give these SCAMMERS 0 star but was forced to give them 1. DO NOT go to this place! Save your money! This place is a puppy mill. They do not care about these animals! They are selling you underweight puppies that are sick and they don’t tell you. Then you take your pride and joy home to realize something is wrong. They do not give these animals the proper veterinary care. They suffer from severe health problems and behavioral issues. I don’t know how they get people to give them good reviews but they are all lies. I had a very bad experience and never again will I recommend this place to anyone or buy from them again! You can tell that when you go to see one of their puppies they are kept in small wired cages stacked up on each other the way the puppies behave. They do not get no kind of socialization, attention, affection or exercise. It’s like they have no training at all. I had to return the dog I was sold BACK to them because it was obviously sick. It was if he had parvovirus or something and I was scared he would make my other dog sick. It also looked like he suffered from severe anxiety. He was throwing up and pooping everywhere. Don’t let the reviews fool you.Ashley tells lies just to keep your money and not give it back. They would wash and clean the dogs up before you visit so that you don’t see how filthy they are kept in the back. These poor animals does not deserve this kind of treatment. SAVE YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PUPPY MILL!!

Ashleigh made the entire experience of purchasing my puppy absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about matching me with the right puppy. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

I don’t even want to give this establishment a 1 star! I would not want anyone to go through the stress I went through after paying a large sum of money for my puppy only for the dog to be very ill.I called and called left several voice messages and NEVER received a call back but instead a text message to return the dog they will get the dog to the veterinary clinic in which they used and will call me to get my dog since they will cover the experience.. I waited called again to ask when to pick up my dog ,I was told by another person that my dog was SOLD and I will not get a refund since they covered the bill for my dog being sick. This is a whole SCAM that this company is running and needs to be held accountable for their actions.

I have had problems with these same people before and so are many others, I just don't understand them and why they even did that to me I was stuck with a puppy that was sick and had a lot of many more issues it was hard for me to get in contact with them, I will never recommend them nor their business to anyone it seems to me like they're running a scammers business going on in the background I think the Law needs to get involved, why you're taking folks money and not wanna refund it back WHY BROKE THE DEAL WE HAD😌😌shame on you people why steal my money even though I gave you back that puppy you're still selling to other people you're getting 00000 STARS FROM ME 🤨🤨🤨🤨

Yea, it’s definitely a puppy mill! However, I got a pretty cute “shihpoo” puppy (~10months) in 2025 . He was in pretty good physical condition (underbite, bow legged). Not sure if his age was correct, but we quickly found that he had an ear infection, was underweight and had an umbilical hernia. Despite those flaws he was a pretty healthy boy. The lobby smells really bad, so you can only imagine the condition the dogs live in. They don’t go outside and they mark all over the area up front and all over each other. Some of the other dogs we saw at our appointment were in really bad shape (matted, overgrown hair, long nails) so we got pretty lucky that they made him look nice the day we picked him up. They require you to purchase food from them which they claim is NutriSource, but it’s actually PuppyChow.. not sure why they lie about this. I wouldn’t give them my money again, but for $300.. it was almost like buying from craigslist and I don’t fully regret it. I’m sure my dog loves his Forever home! Update: To the response to my review… GPO, you skipped over all of the important parts about the dog’s health. I’m not shocked as it seems to be a common theme amongst your more recent reviews. I’m guess the food comment was a trigger…. I took the food to a pet store to get another bag of “Nutrisource” & it did not match ANY of the Nutrisource options. The store staff laughed and we then used Google to check what it could be and from there we found PUPPYCHOW! My review clearly states I got a Craigslist deal on the dog… and I left 3 Stars for your business when you really should be rated 0. What else do you want? Spending $600+ on a dog from your business would have been foolish. I know some customers agree and the rest are just unaware that they got scammed.
