The staff here seem to be very standoffish compared to other great veterinary offices I've been to. Even over the phone they're rude. Not warm and comforting like a vet should be. Very $$ based. They seem to care much more about $ than helping the animals. Will not be returning here

We’ve been sending our dog and cat there for vaccines, baths and boarding over these years.
Recent boarding wasn’t very pleasant.
One, they stayed in for 5 days and we didn’t get any pictures or messages/videos on how they were doing. Even though we requested before dropping off. The receptionist said she would see what she could do, and never a word.
Every time after our dog gets picked up to home, she would drink so much water as if she just finished a marathon. We explicitly told the clinic this situation happened before and this time they said they would give her extra water. When we got her this time, she ran straight to water bowl and drank so much water. I’m not sure how they were fed in there now.
The bath+conditioner that was given to our dog, was literally like no bath at all. She did not smell like just being given a bath(just a bit scent of shampoo, really mild).

My veterinarian retired but I continued using his office for the life of that pet. Now I have a new puppy and wanted to find a more conveniently located veterinarian. Dr Joyce and her staff are polite, efficient, and willing to answer or find the answers to my questions. I appreciate the ability to purchase meds(heart worm etc...) monthly or multiple months at the time to accommodate if needed. My puppy is a bit skiddish and somewhat shy. They have been gentle and patient with him and we have had a great experience!
