Not warm and comforting like a vet should be. Very $$ based. They seem to care much more about $ than helping the animals. Will not be returning here

It was the hardest thing I had to deal with and the staff there did everything they could to comfort me as I held my dog while he took his last breath. I received a heartfelt letter and written messages from the staff along with a paw print mold of my Yoshi.
