Very friendly, my dog loves it. I took him to get his vaccination. This store is better than all the rest.

Extremely disappointed in this place. I have been a client for years and they lost a loyal customer today. I went to their vaccination clinic to have my dogs vaccinations and they denied her because their records show that she had a severe allergic reaction to a rattlesnake vaccine. My dog has never gotten a rattlesnake vaccine. That’s only something they do in areas where rattlesnakes are prominent. I provided them last year’s vaccination records to prove they were wrong, and they were insisting that my dog could not be vaccinated and there records were 100% accurate. They explained that I had to make an appointment with a “professional vet” (terrible choice of words) and have her vaccinated there because of her history of severe allergic reactions. Again, I’ve had my dog for more than a year (adopted her from animal services) and have not seen her have a reaction to anything. In full transparency, this review is of the vaccination clinic but, it’s affiliated with this veterinarian. In further transparency, I attempted to make an appointment with this veterinarian, to get my dogs shots, and they explained that I would still have to pay for a wellness check up to the tune of $149. Mind you, they just saw my dog two months ago for the same wellness check up and reminded me that she needed to get her vaccines by early December . They even recommended their vaccination clinics because you did not have to pay for an office visit. I will cancel my vital care account and will be on the look for someone who can take better care of my dog.

Arrived 10 minutes early, like I was instructed, and was met by numerous dogs in the store, and no visible instructions on where to go. A couple of dogs escaped and had to be caught. I was irritated, but my small dog was scared to death. There wasn't any sense of order and no line - Someone that arrived after me was waited on first. The policy of appointments being only 5 minutes apart, with instructions to arrive 10 minutes early, and not knowing where to go, made it a stressful experience - For both me and my dog.

The dr had absolutely no business being a vet. She was hesitant and nozzled my dog in an instant. It was traumatizing for my dog and I.

My first time taking my puppy son to Vetco vaccination clinic ! Perfect option for quickly updating vaccinations for grooming, boarding, etc. It is annoying getting charged for an “examination fee” when you just need to update their shots ! This is perfect to avoid that!
