From the time I walked in, til the time I walked out, I felt valued, heard, and understood! The young ladies did an amazing job on Barbie and I was extremely happy and satisfied. I believe it was the manager I was speaking with as Barbie was being finished. She was very professional and even when I started talking about other things that was not dog related, she listened and really showed that she cared. This was my first time here, but I felt like I had been here before and established a family relationship. They really took their time with my fur baby! I would highly recommend them. I've already booked my next month's appointment for Barbie. I recently got another dog (Yorkie), Rosie, and she also will be going to Scenthound once I get her shot records! ! I'm so glad that I randomly walked in this place because I love to feel valued rather than just another customer handing over money to a company that probably already have a lot of it. Lol. No, seriously, if you love your dogs and cats, I guess, this is definitely the place to go for their needs. I am 100% satisfied and wish I could give a hundred stars! Thank you Battle Ridge crew, you know who you are (even though I don't I remember your name. If Barbie could talk, I'm sure she would say thank you. By the way she's been acting bougie ever since she came out of there! ☺️
