Unlike anywhere else I have ever been, you don't go inside, ever. You park, let them know you are there (or just make your appointment time), and they come out to you, both to receive your pet, and return your pet.

Instructions were clearly given and if I had any questions, they were answered promptly. Drop off, treatment, and pick up were easy and went according to planned. My cat had a negative reaction to oral medication so this was her only treatment option, and she is doing great with normal thyroid levels one year later.

This office is deceitful when asking for a breakdown of costs. They waited until 2 weeks before my appointment to inform me they wanted $1500 worth of additional testing to see my cat, to be done immediately! They had his records much longer than that, plus it's the holidays, so $1500 isn't just laying around. This is in addition to the $2000 they charge for the procedure. I cancelled an appointment in another state with another facility because Radiocat said they could help sooner. The other nuclear treatment office did not request additional extensive testing at the last minute. I'm sure Radiocats response to my review will include that their "disclaimers" state additional testing may be requested, but this situation is beyond obsurd. Don't just walk away from this place, run!
